Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Maa Commerce Hub Android app, the website and dashboard at hub.maalabs.in and the Maa Commerce Connector WordPress plugin (together, “the service”), provided by Maa Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Pricing

Maa Commerce Hub for WordPress and WooCommerce is free for life, with no ads. Integrations with other platforms (such as Shopify) may be added in future updates; if any of them is paid, its price will be announced before it launches and you will never be charged without choosing it. We may add, change or remove features, and we will announce significant changes in the app.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your websites and data

You may connect only websites you own or are authorised to manage. A WordPress administrator must approve each connection. Changes you make in the app (order status, products, stock, posts and so on) are applied to your website through the connector; please review them before saving. You keep all rights to your content and your store data.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, harm others, attempt to access other people’s data, overload or attack our systems, or reverse-engineer the service to misuse it.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or if your website is unreachable. Keep your own backups of your website; the service is not a backup tool.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maa Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending use

You can delete your account at any time from Security. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
